NOTICE OF OFFERS TO PURCHASE PROPERTY OWNED BY LEE COUNTY BEING ADVERTISED PUR- SUANT TO NCGS §153A-176 TAKE NOTICE that Lee County has received an up- set bid offer to purchase the parcel of property located at 138 Black Road In Lee County, NC, herein below' described, for the sum of Four Thousand five dollars ($4,005.00). The Subject Property is described as fol- lows: Parcel located at 138 Black Road, in Lee County, NC, identified as PIN num- ber 9547-054543-00, also being that property de- scribed in Deed Book 1324 at page 719, subject to any and all encumbrances and liens of record. TAKE NOTICE that that tee County has received an of- fer to purchase the parcel of property located at 0 Black Road in Lee County, NC, herein below described, for the sum of One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($1,500.00). The Subject Property Is described as fol- lows: Parcel located at 0 Black Road, in Lee County, NC, identified as PIN num- ber 9547-05-9203-00, also being that property de - scribed in Deed Book 1324-` at page 721, subject to any.; and all encumbrances and - liens of record. TAKE NOTICE that that Lee County has received an of- fer to purchase the parcel of property located at 140 Black Road in Lee County, NC, herein below described, for the sum of Four Thou- sand ?Seven Hundred Dol- lars ($4,700.00). The Sub- ject Property is described as follows: Parcel located at 140 Black Road, In Lee - County, NC, identified as PIN number 9547-05-7339-' 00, also being that property described in Deed Book 1324 at page 717, subject to any and all encumbrances and liens of record. Within ten (10) days hereof, any person, firm, or corpor-. ation interested In purchas-, - Ing any of the three above properties may raise the - bids. The above referenced bids must be raised by not less than ten percent (10%) of the first $1,000.00 and five percent (50/6) of the re- mainder. When a bid is raised, the bidder shall de- posit with the County Clerk five percent (5%) of the in- breas6d bid amount and shall be responsible for all advertising costs. The Clerk shall then readvertise the of- fer at the increased bid amount. This procedure will' be repeated until no further qualifying upset bids are re- ceived, at which time the Lee County Board of Com- missioners may accept the' offer and sell the property to the highest bidder.
