BK -00027 PG:1039 County Manager's Report — December 21, 2015 Onaoina Proiects San Lee Park — HH Architects is close to developing construction documents and putting this project out for bid. We are still reviewing the animal enclosure plan and the final floor plan and elevations. Once this review is complete bid documents should be ready in 3 to 4 weeks. Bob E. Hales Center — The renovations of the Hale Center are out to bid. The pre - construction meeting is December 30. Bid date is January 14. We should have this item to the Board for bid award at the first meeting in February. Other Items Buggy Factory — Progressive Contractors received their Certification of Occupancy on Friday December 18th. The plan is for GIS and Environmental Health to begin moving into their office space on Friday, January 15. Over the long holiday weekend, IT will be ensuring that all systems are working. Tuesday, January 19 will be the first full day of business for the County and City in the facility. SAGA will then move into the facility on Monday, January 25. An open house date will be set in February. In the meantime, if you would like to see the facility please contact me, and I will arrange a tour with Progressive.
