Significant project groups include: Roofing At an approximate total cost of $3.2M, 25% of the elementary schools and one high school project are designated for roof replacements primarily in years 6-10. Window Replacements Approximately $1.8M is estimated for a window replacement project at East Lee Middle to be completed in years 3-5. Exterior Doors Approximately $1 M is estimated for exterior door replacement projects at East Lee Middle and West Lee Middle Schools, each to be completed in years 3-5. Building Interior — $714,780 This category comprises 3% of the total estimated renovation costs.
