004 <br />Aye: Dalrymple, Knecht, Knecht, Oldham, Reives, Sloan, and Smith <br />Nay: None <br />The Chair ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Board considered Budget Amendment # 12/21/15/09 for the following departments: <br />Miscellaneous Expenses — appropriate funds to cover overages for <br />compensation, property and liability insurance and unemployment. <br />Administration — appropriate from fund balance costs <br />Adjustment hearings on quarry applications. <br />Health — appropriate $7,000 in grant funds received <br />County & City Health Officials (NACCHO) for Lee C)/ <br />Voluntary National Retail Food Regulatory ProAEnvi <br />$3,000 in grant funds from the Association for <br />Foodborne Illness and Food Defense Prepare <br />Audit. All funds are being appropriated in the <br />Board of <br />serving as a mento in the <br />Standard Mentorship Program and <br />and ug Officials (AFDO) for <br />a dsponse Conformance and <br />i <br />,ental Health department. <br />Commissioner Frazier moved to approve Budget Amendment 4 <br />1r <br />9 as presented above, a <br />copy of which is attached to these Minutes and by this reference made hereof. No action was taken. <br />Coun ager John Cruron updated the Board on current water testing in the Colon Road - <br />Osgood etters to residents within the extended %2 mile coal ash site approved by the <br />Board the Dece 7th meeting will go out this week. To date a total of thirty-four (34) requests <br />hav n submitted testing. Chair Dalrymple stated she had been notified by Duke Energy they <br />wo Id the cost II water testing around the Colon Road area. Mr. Crumpton stated the cost for <br />water te-to date as around $3,000.00. The deadline response period for residents to request <br />testing has pie continued until January 31, 2016. No action was taken. <br />At 5:16m. Chair Dalrymple recessed the meeting till 6 p.m. <br />Upon returning at 6 p.m., with all Board members present, Chair Dalrymple called the regular <br />meeting back to order. <br />time <br />At this time the Board conducted two public hearings that had been advertised for this date and <br />3 <br />
