104 <br />LEE COUNTY FY11 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT <br />BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM <br />Notice is hereby given that Bre Lee County Board of Commissioners will hold a public <br />hearing -Monday December 21, 2015, at 0:00 PM, in the Commissioners Room of the Lee <br />County Government Center, 106 Hillcrest Drive, Sanford, North Carolina 27330 to review and <br />assess the performance of the FY11 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Lee County <br />Scattered Site Housing Project. The program included $400,000 in grant hinds (100% of the <br />total program costs) from she NC Department of Commerce (DOC) for clearance, relocation, <br />reconstruction and rehabilitation of live (5) housing units of low and moderawncome persons <br />(100% LMI). All activities are complete and the County is M the process of closing the grant. <br />All citizens are urged to attend the public hgaring and make their views known prior to <br />the submission of closeout information to DOC. Public information files are at the Sanford <br />Municipal Center and may be viewed upon request: Residents will be given the opportunity ity to <br />provide oral or written comment on tine County's use of CDBG funds.
