G16 <br />• ADJACENT PROPERTY OWNERS NOTIFICATION CERTIFICATION <br />I, Patsy Thomas, hereby certify that the property owners and adjacent property owners of the following applications <br />as indicated on the Lee County Tax Maps were notified by First Class U. S. Mail on Thursday, January 28, 2010. <br />2010-0201 <br />1. Application by Wake Stone Corporation to rezone a total of 35.78± acres of land located north of Deep River <br />Road, being south and east of Wake Stone's office and quarry operation located at 9725 Stone Quarry Road. <br />Specifically, the request is to rezone approximately 21.78-acres of land from Residential Agricultural (RA) <br />district and approximately 14-acres of land from Heavy Industrial Conditional Use (HI-CU) district <br />(approved for a specialty processing and sizing operation) to Heavy Industrial Conditional Use (HI-CU) <br />district for mining and quarry operations. The property is the same as depicted on Tax Maps 9677, 9677.02, <br />9678, and 9668.04, Tax Parcels 9667-88-5704, 9667-98-1178, 9677-09-0108 and a portion of 9668-90-3134, <br />Lee County Land Records Office. <br />2010-0202 <br />2. Application by Solid Rock Community Church to rezone 3.94-acres of land located at 989 White Hill Road <br />from Residential Agricultural (RA) district to Office & Institutional (O&I) district. The property is the same <br />as depicted on Tax Map 9529.02, Tax Parcel 9529-78-8667, Lee County Land Records, and is all of that <br />property shown on a survey map recorded in Plat Cabinet 2009, Slide 29, Lee County Registry of Deeds. <br />2010-0203 <br />3. Application by Solid Rock Community Church for a Variance to reduce the total amount of landscape <br />plantings required within a buffer yard between an institutional use and residential properties as stated in the <br />Unified Development Ordinance, Article 7 Landscaping and Buffering Standards, Table 7-3, Table 7-4 and <br />• Section 7.5.4.2.2. The subject property is located at 989 White Hill Road, Sanford, NC and is the site of <br />Solid Rock Community Church which is currently under construction.
