aou 23 FA 33:3 <br />• Change current language as written for Public Works' certificate on <br />final plats for Lee County. <br />Chairman Hayes opened the public hearing that had been advertised for this date and time. <br />No one present spoke for or against the presented text amendments to the UDO. <br />Chairman Hayes closed the public hearing. <br />The Board considered additions/changes to the agenda. County Manager John Crumpton <br />asked the Board to consider a Resolution calling for a public hearing on financing of the Lee County <br />High School project for the April 5, 2010 meeting. With no other changes made, Commissioner <br />Dalrymple moved to approve the Agenda as amended. Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Dalrymple, Hayes, Kelly, Oldham, Paschal, Reives, and Shook <br />Nay: None <br />items: <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Commissioner Oldham moved to approve the Consent Agenda which consisted of the following <br />• Closed session minutes from the January 4 and February 1, 2010 meetings; <br />• Minutes from the March 1, 2010 regular meeting; <br />• 2010 Community Waste Reduction and Recycling Grants; <br />• Hiring of consultants to review animal control policies and procedures for changes to the <br />Lee County Animal Control Ordinance; <br />• Resolution Amending the Composition of the Lee County Board of Equalization and <br />Review Board (copy attached); <br />• Grant request from the Lee County Fire Advisory Board to appropriate up to $5,000 from <br />the 911 Wire Funds for the purchase of equipment at the Sanford-Lee County 911 <br />Communications Center; and <br />• FY 2010 Emergency Management Performance Grant <br />Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Dalrymple, Hayes, Kelly, Oldham, Paschal, Reives, and Shook <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Pursuant to N.C.
