<br />shall approve or disapprove (1) the indebtedness to be
<br />incurred by the issuance of bonds of said Countyof the
<br />maximum principal amount of $500, 000, and (2) the levy
<br />of a tax for the payment of such bonds, and (3) the bond
<br />order entitled "Bond Order authorizing the issuance of
<br />$500, 000 Sanitary Sewer Bonds of the County of Lee"
<br />adopted by the Board of Commissioners on April 5,
<br />1971, to authorize the issuance of said bonds and the
<br />levy of such tax, and the question whether they shall approve
<br />or disapprove, (1) the indebtedness to be incurred by the
<br />issuance of bonds of said County of the maximum principal
<br />amount of $1, 000, 000, and (2) the levy of a tax for the payment
<br />of such bonds, and (3) the bond order entitled "Bond Order
<br />authorizing the issuance of $1, 000, 000 Water Bonds of the
<br />County of Lee" adopted by the Board of Commissioners on
<br />April 5, 1971, to authorize the issuance of said bonds and
<br />the levy of such tax. The $500,000 Sanitary Sewer Bonds
<br />are authorized to finance the construction of sewage facil-
<br />ities for said County and its inhabitants by the construction
<br />of sewage collection lines, including the acquisition and
<br />installation of the equipment, machinery and apparatus
<br />required therefor, and the acquisition of the necessary land
<br />or rights-in-land. The $1, 000, 000 Water Bonds are author-
<br />ized to finance the construction of a water supply system for
<br />said County and its inhabitants by the construction of water
<br />distribution lines, including the acquisition and installation of
<br />the equipment, machinery and apparatus required therefor,
<br />and the acquisition of the necessary land or rights-in-land.
<br />The ballot-labels for the voting machines to
<br />be used at said election shall contain the words "FOR the bond
<br />order authorizing $500,000 of bonds to finance the construction
<br />of sewage facilities for said County and its inhabitants by the
<br />construction of sewage collection lines, including the acquisition
<br />and installation of the equipment, machinery and apparatus
<br />required therefor, and the acquisition of the necessary land or
<br />rights-in-land, and a tax therefor" and the words "AGAINST
<br />the bond order authorizing $500, 000 of bonds to finance the
<br />construction of sewage facilities for said County and its in-
<br />habitants by the construction of sewage collection lines, in-
<br />cluding the acquisition and installation of the equipment,
<br />machinery and apparatus required therefor, and the acquisition
<br />of the necessary land or rights-in-land, and a tax therefor"
<br />and the words "FOR the bond order authorizing $1, 000, 000
<br />of bonds to finance the construction of a water supply system
<br />for said County and its inhabitants by the construction of water
<br />distribution lines, including the acquisition and installation of
<br />the equipment, machinery and apparatus required therefor, and
<br />the acquisition of the necessary land or rights-in-land, and a
<br />tax therefor" and the words "AGAINST the bond order authorizing
<br />$1, 000, 000 of bonds to finance the construction of a water supply
<br />system for said County and its inhabitants by the construction of water
<br />distribution lines, including the acquisition and installation of the
<br />equipment, machinery and apparatus required therefor, and the
<br />acquisition of the necessary land or rights-in-land, and a tax
<br />therefor", and in such form as will allow the voters at said
<br />election to vote for or against said bond orders and said taxes.
<br />In the event that a majority of the qualified
<br />voters voting at said election shall vote to approve such bond
<br />orders and the incurring of such indebtedness and the levy of
<br />
