NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commiss- <br />ioners of the County of Lee as follows: <br />1. It is hereby determined and declared that the number of voters <br />registered and qualified to vote at said election was 131 1 a (a <br />2. The number of votes cast at said election for the bond order <br />entitled "Bond Order authorizing the issuance of $1, 000, 000 Water Bonds of <br />the County of Lee", adopted by the Board of Commissioners on the 5th day of <br />April, 1971, and for the proposed indebtedness to be incurred pursuant to said <br />bond order was 1, 509, and the number of votes cast at said election against said <br />bond order and proposed indebtedness was 704, and a majority of the qualified <br />voters of said County who voted at said election voted to approve said bond order <br />and said proposed indebtedness. <br />3. The number of votes cast at said election for the bond order <br />entitled "Bond Order authorizing the issuance of $500, 000 Sanitary Sewer Bonds <br />of the County of Lee", adopted by the Board of Commissioners on the 5th day of <br />April, 1971, and for the proposed indebtedness to be incurred pursuant to said <br />bond order was 1, 456, and the number of votes cast at said election against said <br />bond order and proposed indebtedness was 706, and a majority of the qualified <br />voters of said County who voted at said election voted to approve said bond order <br />and said proposed indebtedness. <br />
