blo% ~ 32 <br />4. <br />H <br />"WHEREAS, MISS ALLIE MONTEZ McGILVARY was employed as <br />Secretary of the Lee County Agricultural Extension Service on March 1, 1946; <br />and <br />"WHEREAS, MISS ALLIE MONTEZ McGILVARY has served continuously <br />in this capacity for more than twenty five years; and <br />"WHEREAS, MISS ALLIE MONTEZ X4cGILVARY has resigned her position <br />to be effective December 31, 1971; and <br />"WHEREAS, her courteous, efficient and untiring efforts over the years <br />in behalf of the Agricultural Extension Service is an exemplary record of dedicated <br />public service to which all of the people of Lee County can point with pride; <br />"NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />FOR LEE COUNTY: <br />"Section 1. The Board of Commissioners for Lee County does hereby <br />express its profound appreciation and commend MISS ALLIE MONTEZ McGILVARY <br />for her twenty five years of devoted and outstanding service to Lee County and its <br />Agricultural Extension Service. <br />"Section 2. This resolution shall become a part of the public records <br />of the December 20, 1971, meeting, and a copy shall be duly certified by the Clerk <br />for presentation to MISS ALLIE MONTEZ McGILVARY. " <br />Commissioner Gordon Wicker seconded the motion and it was unanimously <br />adopted. <br />There being no further business to come before the Session it was adjourned <br />sine die. <br />e <br />FRANKLIN D.
