H ~0o; 8 PA(i 56 0 on its sanitary Landfill Bond, dated December 1, 1971, No. (facsimile Signature) Clerk of'-Board of -Commissioners (i (Endorsement on Bonds) This bond may be registered as to principal alone in ~i the Bond Register of the County of Lee kept in the office of the ' Bond Registrar of the County upon presentation hereof to the Bond Registrar who shall make notation of such registration in the li registration blank below, and this bond may thereafter be trans- ferred only upon a duly executed assignment of the registered owner or his attorney, in such form as shall be satisfactory to the Bond Registrar, such transfer to be made on such Bond Register and en- dorsed hereon by the Bond Registrar. Unless this bond be regis- tered as?:,to both principal and interest, such transfer may be to bearer thereby restoring transferability by delivery, but this bond shall again be subject to successive registration and trans- fer as before. The principal of this bond, if registered, unless registered to bearer, shall be payable only to or upon the order of the registered owner or his legal representative. Notwith- standing the registration of this bond-as to principal alone, the coupons shall remain payable to bearer and shall continue to be transferable by delivery. This bond may be registered as to both principal and interest upon presentation hereof to the Bond Registrar who shall detach and cancel all unmatured coupons and all matured coupons, if any, not theretofore paid or provided for, and shall make nota- tion of such registration as to both principal and interest in the registration blank below, and this bond may thereafter be transterre d - 7 -
