reconsidered and was not resigning from the Planning Board of the City of <br />Sanford and therefore there was only one vacancy to be filled, that being the <br />vacancy created by the resignation. of Fred Lawrence. Commissioner Perry <br />White nominated Mr. Ed Roseman.
