The Tax Collector then presented his settlement for the year <br />1971. Tax Levy, which was reviewed and discussed by the Board of Commissioners. <br />Commissioner Cooper moved that the settlement be accepted and approved. <br />Commissioner Rogers seconded the motion and the motion was unanimously adopted <br />on aroll call vote wherein Messrs. Cooper, Rogers, White, G. Wicker and F. <br />Wicker all voted for it. M.
