eooK 23 ,-,;1;:314 <br />ATCOM Response to - Voice Over Internet Protocol Project for Lee County Office <br />Hardware requirements: VolP Telephones, multi-site networking equipment, IP processor/controller <br />with redundant hard drive and power supply, and any server hardware that will outfit a Lee County <br />Office with 65 VoIP phones with 24 buttons and 2 receptionist consoles, 8 port fax server, overhead <br />interoffice paging, trunking for 2 PRI's, support for 20 analog devices, and enterprise management with <br />alarm notification of multiple VoIP controllers across multiple fiber connected sites, and call accounting <br />capability with automated reporting functionality for up to 500 extensions across the entire VoIP <br />infrastructure. <br />Software requirements: Licensing for all phones, mailboxes, server software and licensing for all <br />hardware and software requirements, networking software for connectivity to multiple county <br />locations, enterprise management of VoIP controllers across multiple site infrastructure, licensing to <br />enable emergency redundant telephone devices as well as switchboard position support, ability for <br />users to log in and out of any VoIP device, also include ability to incorporate simultaneous ringing of Lee <br />County designated VoiP phones with other designated telephony device such as mobile phone, pager, <br />etc. <br />Labor requirements: Installation, configuration, unlimited training for the first year after installation, <br />implementation of full project. Deliver knowledge transfer on system programming to appropriate Lee <br />County IT staff on what would be required after vendor leaves once implementation is complete for <br />standard daily operation and maintenance. Ongoing service, support, and advanced maintenance <br />quotes including but not limited to Service Level Agreements, bug fixes, software renewals, and scope of <br />feature enhancement support. The bid must also include at least 3 references of work and relevant <br />project experience reports in regard to this project. Relevant infrastructure requirements including <br />network switches and their configuration and cabling/wiring that would be required not needed in this <br />bid. <br />4210-03 Vo1P Deployment Requirements Response <br />
