LEE COUNTY, NORTH CAROLINA <br />FIRE DISTRICT BUDGET ORDINANCE <br />FISCAL YEAR 2015-2016 <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of Lee County, North Carolina: <br />SECTION 1. The following amounts are hereby appropriated to the Carolina Trace Fire <br />Department for the Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 2015 and ending on June 30, 2016: <br />Carolina Trace Fire Department $ 351,793 <br />Fire Marshal 51,529 <br />TOTAL $ 403,322 <br />SECTION 2. It is estimated that the following revenues will be available to the Carolina <br />Trace Fire Department during the Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 2015 and ending on June 30, <br />2016: <br />Carolina Trace District Taxes $ 383,422 <br />Fund Balance Appropriated 19,900 <br />TOTAL $ 403,322 <br />SECTION 3. The following amounts are hereby appropriated to the Northview Fire <br />Department for the Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 2015 and ending on June 30, 2016: <br />Northview Fire Department $ 473,573 <br />Fire Marshal 67,785 <br />TOTAL $ 541;358 <br />SECTION 4. It is estimated that the following revenues will be available to the <br />Northview Fire Department during the Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 2015 and ending on June <br />30, 2016: <br />Northview District Taxes $ 483,358 <br />Fund Balance Appropriated 58,000 <br />TOTAL $541,358 <br />SECTION 5. The following amounts are hereby appropriated to the Cape Fear Fire <br />Department for the Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 2015 and ending on June 30, 2016: <br />Cape Fear Fire Department $ 318,950 <br />Fire Marshal 40,794 <br />TOTAL $ 359,744 <br />
