BK:00026 PG:0253 <br />(b) Telecommunication antennas may be permitted in any zoning district as a use by <br />right when co -located on existing towers or public elevated water supply storage tanks. <br />(c) Towers shall be constructed and maintained in conformance with all applicable <br />building code requirements. <br />(d) Towers greater than 75 feet in height shall be located a minimum distance of <br />1000 feet from another tower greater than 75 feet in height measured in a straight line <br />between tower centers. <br />(e) The tower shall be designed and constructed to accommodate one additional user <br />if the tower is between 125 feet and 180 feet from the finished grade elevation. If the <br />height of the tower exceeds 180 feet in height the tower shall be designed and constructed <br />to accommodate a minimum of two additional users. <br />(f) The tower site shall include adequate area to accommodate the accessory <br />buildings and equipment of all intended users.. <br />Section 3. That Article Five, Supplemental Development Regulations, Subsection 5.33.4 <br />"CONCEALED TOWERS", subsection (d) be deleted in its entirety. <br />Section 4. Article Five, Supplemental Development Regulations, Subsection 533.6.7 be rewritten as <br />follows: <br />5.33.6.7 Documentation by the applicant that demonstrates the reasonable <br />feasibility (or unfeasibility) of collocating new antennas and equipment on existing <br />wireless support structure or other structures. For proposed new towers, such <br />documentation shall demonstrate the feasibility of collocating is unreasonable. <br />Section 5. That Article Five, Supplemental Development Regulations, Subsection 5.33.6.17 be <br />deleted in its entirety. <br />Section 6.
