Parking area landscaping as set forth in Sect. 7.6 of this UDO shall not be <br />required for assembly uses as defined in this section. <br />(c) Required parking and/or loading areas as located in the Side Yard or Rear Yard areas <br />of a site for land uses as found within the land use classification of Table 4.6-1 as follows: <br />• All land uses found in the land use subheading Industrial and Manufacturing Uses <br />• Wholesale trade, generally, with operations conducted and merchandise stored entirely <br />within a building and not otherwise listed (as found in the land use subheading <br />General Sales or Service.) <br />All yard area that front a public street shall be considered front yard areas. Required parking <br />and/or loading areas as located in the Side Yard or Rear Yard areas of a site shall be required <br />to construct and maintain a gravel surface. Parking area landscaping as set forth in Sect. 7.6 <br />of this UDO shall still be required in these Side Yard and Rear Yard areas. <br />8.2.6.2 All parking and vehicular traffic surfaces shall be maintained in sound condition free <br />of weeds, dust, trash and debris. <br />Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its <br />adoption. <br />Adopted this the 4th day of May, 2015. <br />Amy M.
