And Buckroe Drive) <br />Dear Mrs. Buzinski: <br />ANTHONY J. TATA <br />SECRETARY <br />On O W13 a site review was made by Kevin Reddinger at the Doe Run Subdivision. As Per our policy on adding <br />roads to the stabs system, the following items creed to be addressed prior to submitting the road to the Board of <br />Transportation for addition: <br />• Near house # 453 there needs to be full width and fill depth pavement repairs made(marked with white paint <br />and dated Sept130). <br />• Near house # 449 through #445 there needs to be full width and full depth pavement repairs made(marked with <br />white paint and dated SeptW). <br />• There is an area of alligator cracking that has been marked with white dashed line in the west side lane near <br /># 445, this area requires a full depth patch, which is the removal of asphalt and faulty sub grade, replaced with <br />new compacted base course (W of ABC stone) and surface course (Yof S9.5B or S9.5C). <br />• There are a couple other small areas of alligator cracking near the beginning of Budmm Dr near the <br />intersection with Deep River Rd., one beside a water valve and the other in front of the fast house on Buduce <br />Dr. #21 ? These will need the same type repair as stated above. Kevin Reddinger will be available to mark <br />these and any other area's as stated in our phone conversation the week of Oct 7. <br />• There are various kxng cracks extending down the centerline of Buckroe Dr that would need to be sealed with <br />an approved asphalt crack sealant. <br />Once the above- mentioned items have been satisfactorily addressed, please inform this office, at that time we can <br />perform another inspection and proceed with the Road Addition process. <br />NC DOT will not be responsible for drainage that is outside the Right Of Way. <br />Should you have any questions regarding this list, please contad Kevin Reddinger, or James Garner at (910) 944 <br />7621. <br />Sincerely, <br />Marty Tillman <br />District Engineer <br />MCT: ksr <br />cc: S.
