BK - 00027 PG <br />LEE COUNTY <br />Committed Today for a Better Tomorrow <br />RESOLUTION <br />TO ADD SABRE DRIVE AND MANASSAS DRIVE <br />TO THE NORTH CAROLINA DOT ROAD SYSTEM <br />WHEREAS, a petition has been submitted to the North Carolina Department of Transportation asking <br />that Sabre Drive and Manassas Drive be added to the North Carolina State System; and <br />WHEREAS, these roads are located off SR 1532 Dixie Farm Road within the Dixie Acres Sub - Division; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Lee County Board of Commissioners has considered the above described request and <br />is of the opinion that the two referenced roads should be added to the Secondary Road System, if the <br />roads meet minimum standards established by the Division of Highways. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Lee County Board of Commissioners that the Division <br />of Highways is hereby requested to review the above referenced roads, and to take over the roads for <br />maintenance if they meet established standards and criteria. <br />Adopted this the 4th day of January 2015. <br />ATTEST: <br />ayne M.
