u EI 1 <br />Smith addressed various incorrect items listed in the grant. Commissioner Frazier stated he served on <br />the Johnston - Lee - Harnett Community Action Board and would be happy to get explanations and <br />corrections for Commissioner Smith. After further discussion, Commissioner Oldham moved to <br />endorse the FY 2015 -16 Johnston - Lee - Harnett Community Action Services Block Grant. Upon a vote, <br />the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Dalrymple, Frazier, Knecht, Oldham, Reives, and Sloan <br />Nay: Smith <br />The Chair ruled the motion had been adopted by a 6 to 1 vote. <br />The Board considered Budget Amendment # 01/05/15/08 to appropriate additional funding to <br />Social Services from the State, for the Low Income Energy Assistance Program that assists eligible <br />clients with their heating needs. Appropriation was in the amount of $54,775.00. Commissioner <br />Frazier moved to approve the above referenced Budget Amendment as presented, a copy of which is <br />attached to these Minutes and by this reference made a part hereof. Upon a vote, the results were as <br />follows: <br />Aye: Dalrymple, Frazier, Knecht, Oldham, Reives, Sloan, and Smith <br />Nay: None <br />The chair ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />County Manager John Crumpton discussed upcoming meeting dates for budget work sessions <br />and a joint meeting with Trustees from Central Carolina Community College. No action was taken. <br />With no further business to come before the Board, Commissioner Reives moved to adjourn the <br />meeting. Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Dalrymple, Frazier, Knecht, Oldham, Reives, Sloan, and Smith <br />Nay: None <br />The chair ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously and the meeting adjourned at 5:30 <br />p.m. <br />ATTEST: <br />Amy M.
