u EI 1 Smith addressed various incorrect items listed in the grant. Commissioner Frazier stated he served on the Johnston - Lee - Harnett Community Action Board and would be happy to get explanations and corrections for Commissioner Smith. After further discussion, Commissioner Oldham moved to endorse the FY 2015 -16 Johnston - Lee - Harnett Community Action Services Block Grant. Upon a vote, the results were as follows: Aye: Dalrymple, Frazier, Knecht, Oldham, Reives, and Sloan Nay: Smith The Chair ruled the motion had been adopted by a 6 to 1 vote. The Board considered Budget Amendment # 01/05/15/08 to appropriate additional funding to Social Services from the State, for the Low Income Energy Assistance Program that assists eligible clients with their heating needs. Appropriation was in the amount of $54,775.00. Commissioner Frazier moved to approve the above referenced Budget Amendment as presented, a copy of which is attached to these Minutes and by this reference made a part hereof. Upon a vote, the results were as follows: Aye: Dalrymple, Frazier, Knecht, Oldham, Reives, Sloan, and Smith Nay: None The chair ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. County Manager John Crumpton discussed upcoming meeting dates for budget work sessions and a joint meeting with Trustees from Central Carolina Community College. No action was taken. With no further business to come before the Board, Commissioner Reives moved to adjourn the meeting.
