<br />The public hearing of the Board of Commissioners for the County of Lee, State of North
<br />Carolina, convened at 7 p.m. in Courtroom #4, Lee County Courthouse, 1408 S. Horner Blvd., Sanford,
<br />North Carolina, on said date. Commissioners in attendance included, Amy M. Dalrymple, Dr. Ricky D.
<br />Frazier, Dr. Andre Knecht, Larry "Doc" Oldham, and Tim S. Sloan. Commissioners Robert T. Reives,
<br />and Kirk D. Smith were absent.
<br />Chair Amy Dalrymple called the public hearing to order, welcomed everyone and introduced
<br />Board members.
<br />County Manager John Crumpton gave a brief update /history of the coal ash issue.
