BK 00027 PG <br />The Board of Commissioners for the County of Lee, North Carolina met in a regular <br />meeting in the Commissioners' Room at the Lee County Government Center located at 106 <br />Hillcrest Drive in Sanford, North Carolina, the regular place of meeting, at 10:00 a.m. on <br />December 1, 2014. <br />Present: Chairman Dalr mple, presiding, and Commissioners Frazier, Oldham, Reives <br />and Sloan <br />Absent: Commissioners Knecht and Smith <br />Also present: County Manager Crumpton, County Clerk Lee and County Attorney <br />Schmid <br />The Board of Commissioners received from the Lee County Board of Elections a <br />certified copy of the proceedings of said Board of Elections taken on November 14, 2014, <br />evidencing said Board of Elections' determination of the result of the canvass of the returns of <br />the bond referendum held in the County of Lee, North Carolina on November 4, 2014, upon the <br />questions of approving $9,000,000 Community College Bonds (Health Science), $5,000,000 <br />Community College Bonds (Veterinary Technology), $4,000,000 Community College Bonds <br />(Emergency Services) and $5,000,000 Community College Bonds (Civic Center) of said County. <br />After said proceedings had been considered and reviewed by the Board of <br />Commissioners, _Finance Director Lisa Minter , introduced the following resolution the <br />title of which was read and copies of which had been previously distributed: <br />
