Laptop computer with docking station will replace existing laptop which is Windows XP <br />and antiquated: will be used during inspection process to have most recent food safety <br />information available. Will also be used for educational settings. <br />2. Mobile printer /scanners will be used to print or upload educational materials or other <br />documents needed in the field. <br />3. Batteries will be necessary to insure the operationalization of the printer /scanners. <br />4. Scanners within the office will allow staff to scan menus, plan reviews, and other <br />pertinent information into the establishment's file electronically. <br />
