B K 00026 PG:1017
Observing the front facade of our building that was decaying due to the weather, we
sought the assistance of General Services. The Director again came to our aid with funds to
repair the woodwork and cover the wood with vinyl siding. The crew has also removed dying trees and shrubs.
General Services has assigned one housekeeper to our facility. She is responsible for the
overall custodial maintenance for the Center. She cheerfully greets staff and visitors when they
enter the building and is most willing to assist when called upon. Using a cleaning schedule she
makes sure the floors are mopped and buffed to a shine, carpet is vacuumed, and the
auditorium is clean, orderly and ready for the next event. Dusting, vacuuming and removing
