Wicker, which motion was unanimously adopted, it was RESOLVED to reject all bids on carpeting and to instruct the architects to re- advertise for bids. Commissioner Rogers moved the adoption of the following resolution: BE IT RESOLVED that the Tax Supervisor of Lee County shall follow the procedures outlined in G. S. 105-312, with respect to discovery, appraisal, and assessment of property, and that the penalties set forth in such statute shall be assessed. Commissioner Franklin D. Wicker seconded the motion and upon a vote it was unanimously adopted. Mr. James L. Clark, Tax Supervisor, appeared before the Board and submitted to the Board an abstract blank for the listing of real and personal property for the year 1974. Upon motion of Commissioner Franklin D. Wicker, seconded by Commissioner Rogers, the form as submitted was approved. -2-
