` t <br />City of Sanford as lead agent for a 201-facilities plan study. <br />Commissioner Cooper moved 'that the. Chairman and Clerk be <br />authorized to execute a.memorandum,of participation with the <br />City of Sanford and Town of Broadway designating the City of <br />Sanford as lead agent for a 201 Facilities Plan Study for a <br />regional sanitary sewerage facility with the local share of <br />costs to be borne pro-rata. Commissioner Franklin D. Wicker <br />seconded the motion. Upon a vote, it was unanimously adopted. <br />The following bills were approved for payment <br />from Revenue Sharing Funds upon motion of Commissioner Cooper, <br />seconded by Commissioner Franklin D. Commissioner <br />Rogers seconded•the motion and upon a vote, it was unanimously <br />adopted. <br />Mr. Hal Siler, Executive Secretary of the Sanford <br />Chamber of Commerce, appeared before the Board and advised <br />that the brochure about Lee County which is distributed <br />through his office needed to be reprinted.
