Hancock moved that the requested budgetary <br />amendments be made in accordance with the letter presented to <br />the Board. Commissioner Franklin D. Wicker seconded the <br />motion and upon a roll call vote,.Messrs. Cooper, Hancock, <br />Rogers, F. Wicker, and G. Wicker all voted for it and no <br />one voted against it. <br />Commissioner William H. Cooper moved that <br />Commissioner Franklin D. Wicker be designated and appointed <br />as a representative of this Board on the Board of Directors <br />of the Johnston County Community Action Agency. Commissioner <br />Hal L. Hancock seconded the motion and upon a vote it was <br />unanimously adopted. <br />Commissioner Franklin D. Wicker moved that <br />Commissioner William H.
