BK - 00026 PG - 1002 <br />BuckRoe Drive — Request for Help with Private Road — The property owners along <br />this road are seeking the County's help in bringing this road up to DOT standards so that <br />it can be accepted in the State's Road System. The County has avoided being involved <br />in private roads. In this case the developer went bankrupt and did not complete the road <br />to DOT standards. Now the owners along this road are beginning to have problems with <br />selling their property due to banks not wanting to make loans.
