BOOK 23 rnr 223 <br />LEE COUNTY <br />Committed Today for a Better Tomorrow <br />RESOLUTION <br />TO SET MEETING SCHEDULE FOR 2010 <br />FOR THE <br />LEE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners for the County of Lee as follows: <br />SECTION 1: The Board of Commissioners shall hold a regular meeting on <br />the first and third Monday of each month. If the regular meeting <br />day is a holiday, on which County offices are closed, the <br />meeting shall be held on the next business day or such succeeding <br />day as may be specified in the motion adjourning the immediate <br />preceding regular meeting. <br />SECTION 2: Regular meetings shall be held in the Commissioners' Room, First <br />Floor, Lee County Government Center, 106 Hillcrest Drive, Sanford, <br />North Carolina. <br />SECTION 3: The regular meeting on the first Monday of each month will begin at <br />3 p.m. The regular meeting on the third Monday of each month <br />will begin at 6 p.m. Joint public hearings with the Lee County <br />Planning Board will be held at 6 p.m., the third Monday of each <br />month or as soon thereafter as can be reached on the agenda, if so <br />required. <br />SECTION 4: The Clerk to the Board is directed to cause a copy of this <br />Resolution to be posted on the bulletin board in the lobby at <br />the Lee County Government Center and a summary is to be <br />published at least ten (10) days before the meeting to which <br />the resolution is to apply. <br />Adopted this 7n, day of December 2009. <br />John .
