City Council appointed members present were Ma Rebecca Wyhof. County staff in attendance included County County Manager /Finance Director Lisa Minter, Attorney Kerry Schm Lee. T. Sloan Park on Bragg Street. It was noted that four (4) responses the Request for Qualification had been received. It was noted during the present that the study wo ake three to five months to complete and would cost approximately $68,00 urvey to deter % public input, which would cost in the range of $12,000. The Comittee briefly discussed a road issue at the proposed site for the new VA office on Broadway Road. It was noted by City staff that this is a DOT issue and not the City or County's. With no further business to come before the Committee, Commissioner Dalrymple moved to adjourn the meeting on behalf of the Commissioners. Councilman Wyhof seconded the motion, which passed unanimously.
