The amendment, as <br />proposed, would only apply to the unincorporated areas of Lee County's <br />zoning jurisdiction. <br />2. Consider an amendment to delete Section 6.4 Cluster Subdivisions in its <br />entirety. <br />3. Preliminary plat for The Ridge at Carolina Trace located at Traceway and <br />Lakeview Drive. Developer Village at the Trace, LLC <br />4. Preliminary plat for Franklin Chase Subdivision located off of South Franklin <br />Drive.
