GIq, <br />s <br />LEE COUNTY <br />Committed Today for n Better Tomorrow- ~s^ <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADVERTISEMENT <br />OF AN OFFER TO PURCHASE LOTS <br />IN SANTA-LEE SUBDIVISION <br />C <br />WHEREAS, the County of Lee acquired title to a vacant lot 100 feet wide <br />and 190 feet long on the South side of Lee Boulevard in Santa-Lee Park <br />Subdivision in the Northview Community by a Deed recorded in Book 672 at <br />Page 579 in the Office of Register of Deeds for Lee County with property bearing <br />Pin # 9644-28-8945-00, and more particularly described as follows: <br />Being all of lot numbers 13, 14, 15, and 16 in Block B of the Santa- <br />Lee Park Subdivision, as per Plat recorded originally in Map Book No. 5 at <br />Page 15 but presently recorded in Plat Cabinet No. 2 on Slide 527 in the <br />Lee County Registry, to which plat reference is hereby made for greater <br />certainty of description. <br />But this conveyance is made subject to all restrictions under which <br />the County acquired title to said lands and particularly those in Deed <br />recorded in Book 109 at Page 315 in the Lee County Registry. <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners of the County of Lee desires to <br />dispose of said property as being surplus to their needs. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners <br />of the County of Lee as follows: <br />1. That the vacant lots identified at Santa-Lee Subdivision herein before <br />described is hereby declared to be surplus to the needs of the County <br />of Lee. <br />2. That the County of Lee has received an offer from Mr. Paul Utley for <br />the sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) for the property herein <br />before described. <br />• <br />3. That the County of Lee proposes to accept the offer provided deposits <br />are made in accordance with the other provisions of this resolution. <br />4. The offeror shall deposit with the Lee County Finance Office the sum <br />of One Hundred Twenty-Five Dollars ($125.00) to defray the cost of <br />
