When this evaluation was conducted the centerline of the road
and front property corners were staked.
This evaluation was conducted under moist soil conditions utilizing a hand auger. The
soils are derived from sandy Triassic sediments with a few borings having what
appears to be residual saprolite. The soils are well drained with red loamy and clayey
subsoil exhibiting subangular blocky structure underlain by Triassic sediments at
depths of 28 - 48 inches, but dominantly 30 - 44 inches. ° °
As this project progress additional study on a lot by lot basis will be required. A
meeting will be scheduled with Environmental Health to get other specific
requirements that will have to be met.
Please note that this report is for information only and does not represent approval
for system installation or site work; approval is granted with the issuance of
Improvement permits and authorizations to construct by the Lee County Health
Department.
