LEE COUNTY <br />Committed Today for a Better Tomorrow <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING THE TERMS OF <br />RESIGNATION OF <br />DAVID M. SMiTHERMAN <br />AS COUNTY MANAGER <br />BE IT RESOLVED that Mr. David M. Smitherman's service as County <br />Manager will end at the close of business on Wednesday, March 14, 2007, and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Mr. Smitherman is hereby reassigned <br />to the position of Administrative Consultant for a term to expire at the close of <br />business on Tuesday, April 24, 2007; and <br />® BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that his present Contract of Employment <br />remains in full force and effect except for the change of title and responsibilities <br />as set out in his revised letter to the Chairman of the Board of Commissioners <br />dated March 12, 2007, a copy of which is attached hereto. <br />Adopted this 14th day of March 2007. <br />Robert H.
