B. <br />Information <br />Meeting Date: August 18, 2014 XX Action Item <br />Consent Agenda <br />SUBJECT Deed of Easement from Lee County to City of Sanford for the Construction <br />and Installation of Sidewalks along Bragg and Nash Streets <br />DEPARTMENT Administration <br />CONTACT PERSON John Crumpton, County Manager <br />REQUEST Consider Signing Deed of Easement <br />SUMMARY The City of Sanford, as part of the Sidewalk Bond Referendum in efforts to <br />connect OT Sloan Park with Lee County Senior High School and Central <br />Carolina Community College, will be installing sidewalks along Bragg <br />Street in front of OT Sloan Park and across the front of the Lee County <br />High School property.
