Licensee may accept this PA by signing and returning it with an Ordering Document that matches the PA Quotation and <br />references this PA. ADDITIONAL OR CONFLICTING TERMS IN LICENSEE'S ORDERING DOCUMENT WILL <br />NOT APPLY, AND THE TERMS OF THIS PA WILL GOVERN. Unless otherwise mutually agreed to, this PA is <br />effective as of the date of the last signature on the signature page ( "Effective Date "), or if no date is provided with the <br />signature, the date of Esri's receipt of Licensee's Ordering Document incorporating this PA by reference. <br />This PA supersedes any previous agreements, proposals, presentations, understandings, and arrangements between the parties <br />relating to the licensing of the Platform Products. Except as provided in Article 4— Platform Product Updates, no <br />modifications can be made to this PA. <br />This PA may be executed in duplicate by the parties.
