6j 3 <br />owe no further rental payments to Landlord, regardless of the term of this Agreement. <br />Tenants shall be further entitled to collect any damages resulting from Landlord's <br />disruption, including, but not limited to, any costs incurred of securing another Premise <br />and a reasonable attorney's fee. <br />26. Amendments and Change Orders. This Lease may be modified or amended by mutal <br />agreement of the Parties. Additional space can be added, change orders may be signed <br />and additional modifications may be agreed upon in writing signed by all parties. <br />27. Forum and Venue The contract shall be governed by and construed under the Laws of <br />the State of North Carolina and the forum shall be Lee County, North Carolina. <br />28. Complete Agreement. The Lease is intended by the parties as a final and complete <br />expression of their agreement and as an exclusive statement of the terms thereof. <br />29. Riders and Exhibits.
