BK:00026 PG:0865 <br />Funding Recommendations: Having published a Request for Proposals for these needed services <br />on February 27, 2014 for a minimum of thirty (30) days with the deadline date of March 31, <br />2014 and on May 30, 2014 for a minimum of thirty (30) days with the deadline date of July 1, <br />2014, and the JCPC has screened the submitted proposals and has determined which proposals <br />best meet the advertised needed services. As required by statute, the JCPC recommends <br />allocation of the NC Department of Public Safely (NC DPS) Funds to the following Programs in <br />the amounts specified below for FY 2014-2015 <br />1. Lee County JCPC Administrative Budget - $6,610 <br />2. Road To Success Mentoring Program- $30,000 <br />3. CIS Academy Interpersonal Skill Building- $20,000 <br />4. Scots for Youth - Hope -Thru -Horse Equine Interpersonal Skill Building- $51,161 <br />5. ReEntry, Inc. - Psychological Evaluations- $4,000 <br />6. Project Challenge North Carolina, Inc.-Restitution/Community Service - $50,000 <br />Lee County Total County Allocation Amount- $161 <br />The JCPC further recommends that the following amount be allocated from the NC DPS funds <br />for the administrative costs of the Council for FY 2014 -2015 in the amount of $6,610 -Lee <br />County JCPC Administrative Budget. <br />Res tf illy Submitted, <br />Pamela V.
