B K 00026 PG <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP <br />OF LEE COUNTY, NORTH CAROLINA <br />WHEREAS, a request to amend the Official Zoning Map has been received from Connie & <br />Judy Deal and Laws Family Trust to rezone 3 tracts of land totaling 3.125 -acres located at 7273 <br />Lemon Springs Road from Neighborhood Commercial (NC) district to Highway Commercial <br />(HC) district. The property is the same as depicted on Tax Map 9549.01, Tax Parcel 9549 -26- <br />3871, Lee County Land Records and is also the same as Lots A -C as illustrated on a survey map <br />recorded in Plat Cabinet 2013, Slide 147, Lee County Registry of Deeds; and <br />WHEREAS, said request has been presented to the Lee County Planning Board; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lee County Board of Commissioners conducted a public hearing on June 16, <br />2014 to receive citizen input on the requested zoning map amendment; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lee County Board of Commissioners approves the request to amend the <br />Official Zoning Map of Lee County, North Carolina; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LEE COUNTY BOARD OF <br />COMMISSIONERS: <br />The Official Zoning Map is hereby amended to rezone Lee County Tax Parcel 9549 -26 -3871 <br />from Neighborhood Commercial (NC) district to Highway Commercial (HC) district.
