BK - 00026 PG:0850 <br />2. Not to exceed $5,000,000 COMMUNITY COLLEGE BONDS of said County. The <br />proceeds of said community college bonds would be used to expand and renovate the veterinary <br />medical technology facility for Central Carolina Community College, all as set forth in the bond <br />order adopted by the Board of Commissioners for said County on July 21, 2014. If said <br />community college bonds are issued, taxes in an amount sufficient to pay the principal and <br />interest thereof may be levied upon all taxable property in the County of Lee, North Carolina. <br />3. Not to exceed $4,000,000 COMMUNITY COLLEGE BONDS of said County. The <br />proceeds of said community college bonds would be used to expand and renovate the emergency <br />services training center and various other main campus facilities for Central Carolina <br />Community College, all as set forth in the bond order adopted by the Board of Commissioners <br />for said County on July 21, 2014. If said community college bonds are issued, taxes in an <br />amount sufficient to pay the principal and interest thereof may be levied upon all taxable <br />property in the County of Lee, North Carolina. <br />4. Not to exceed $5,000,000 COMMUNITY COLLEGE BONDS of said County. The <br />proceeds of said community college bonds would be used to expand and renovate the civic <br />center and an existing building to be used as a business incubator for Central Carolina <br />Community College, all as set forth in the bond order adopted by the Board of Commissioners <br />for said County on July 21, 2014. If said community college bonds are issued, taxes in an <br />amount sufficient to pay the principal and interest thereof may be levied upon all taxable <br />property in the County of Lee, North Carolina. <br />The referendum will be conducted by the Lee County Board of Elections. The last day <br />for new registration of those not now registered to vote is Friday, October 10, 2014.
