Minter, Finance Director <br />REQUEST: Approval Bid Protest Procedure and Code of Conduct <br />SUMMARY: Upon reviewing the requirements related to the use of American <br />Reinvestment and Recovery Act (ARRA) grant funds, it was <br />determined that the County needs to have a bid protest procedure <br />and code of conduct to comply with the Grants Management <br />Common Rule that apply to all federal grants.
