Cooper seconded the motion and upon a roll call vote, Messrs. Cooper, Dotterer, Hancock, F. Wicker and G. Wicker all voted for it and no one voted against it. Commissioner William H.. Cooper moved that the transfer of funds in the amount of $1, 324. 74, from the State and County General Assistance Category to the Administration Category, within the Social Services Fund budget be approved to make available funds to pay the County's share for an aid to families with dependent children Eligibility Specialist, for the remainder of the fiscal year. Commissioner John E. Dotterer seconded the motion and upon a vote, Messrs. Cooper, Dotterer, Hancock, F. Wicker and G. Wicker all voted for it and no one voted against it. Commissioner Franklin D. Wicker reported that due to the hospitalization of an equipment operator at the Landfill, the Landfill committee had been required to hire Mr. John Ed Matthews, as an equipment operator and would pay him the same salary as the regular equipment operator. Comm- issioner Wicker moved that the action of the Landfill Committee be ratified and approved. Commissioner William H. Cooper'seconded the motion and upon a vote it was unanimously adopted. Commissioner Franklin D. Wicker moved that the meeting be adjourned. Commissioner John E. Dotterer seconded the motion and upon a vote it was unanimously adopted and the meeting adjourned in keeping with the resolution.
