R P,3 <br />� JOHNSON <br />'. CONSULTING <br />- Presentation: A PowerPoint presentation detailing our findings and recommendations, to be <br />provided following the issuing of our Final Report. We will also be available to explain the study's <br />findings and recommendations to stakeholders and the broader community, if desired. <br />- In addition to the above, Interim Status Reports will be provided on an as needed basis that meets <br />the needs of the Client Group. <br />We have budgeted for a minimum of three formal meetings — at kickoff, a midpoint workshop following the <br />program and site recommendations, and a final workshop to present the findings and recommendations of <br />our study. Our staff may also be in the market to conduct fieldwork at other points during the study process. <br />We will be available for meetings and workshops during these fieldwork trips and via conference calls at other <br />times throughout the study period. DPFG has an office in North Carolina and can meet on a more regular <br />basis for board meetings, etc., as needed. <br />The Consulting Team will meet and exceed all of the Client Group's requirements and expectations relating <br />to this study. We will achieve this by working closely with Client representatives, in person and through <br />regular conference calls,, to ensure the timely delivery of a study that accurately meets the needs and <br />requirements of CCCC and the County, and addresses all relevant questions and concerns that arise during <br />the study period.
