First or, Lee County Government <br />Center, 106 Hillcrest Drive, Sanford, North Carolina, on'Osa to mmissioners present were <br />Amy M. Dalrymple, Dr. Ricky D. Frazier, Dr. Andre Knecht, Ch . Parks, Robert T. Reives, Kirk <br />D. Smith, and James K.
