BK:00026 PG The Subcontractor has the responsibility to ensure that all sub - grantees, if any, provide all information necessary to permit the Subcontractor to comply with the standards set forth in this contract. 9. Payment Provisions: Payment provisions of this contract are as follows: a. An amount equal to one -half the total amount will be made upon final execution of contract; and, b. Pending compliance with monthly reporting requirements outlined in the Statement of Work (Attachment B), the final one -half allotment will be processed and paid upon receipt of the monthly compliance and budget report due on July 10, 2014. 10.
