LEE COUNTY PUBLIC <br />NOTICE <br />Notice is hereby given that the <br />Lee County Board of Commis- <br />sioners and Planning Board <br />will hold a joint public hearing <br />on Thursday, May 22, 2014 in <br />the Commissioners' Board <br />Room at the Lee County Gov- <br />ernment Center, 106 Hillcrest <br />Drive, Sanford, NC. The <br />Boards will consider an applic- <br />ation to amend the Official <br />Zoning Map of Lee County, <br />NC. The hearing will begin at <br />6:00 p.m. or as soon there- <br />after as deemed practical by <br />the Board. <br />Upon conclusion of the Board <br />of Commissioners and Plan- <br />ning Board meeting, the Lee <br />County Board of Adjustment <br />will hold a public hearing in the <br />Gordon Wicker Conference <br />Room in the Lee County Gov - <br />emment Center. All items for <br />public hearings are described <br />below: <br />1. Application by Conveyor <br />to rezone 1.23 -acres of land <br />on Womack Road from Resid- <br />ential Agricultural /MH (RA/MH) <br />district to Light Industrial (LI) <br />district. The subject lot lies <br />west of Womack Road and <br />north of Conveyor Technolo- <br />gies manufacturing facility loc- <br />ated at 5313 and 5319 <br />Womack Road. The lot is the <br />same as depicted on Lee <br />County Tax Map 9645.02, Tax <br />Parcel 9645 -77 -1723, Lee <br />County Land Records. It is <br />also the same as Lot 1 illus- <br />trated on a survey map recor -, <br />ded in Plat Cabinet 7, Slide <br />32H, Lee County Registry of <br />Deeds. <br />2. Application by Mark Kell) <br />requesting Variances from the <br />Unified Development Ordin- <br />ance, Article 10, Section 10.7' <br />(10.7.3.3.2) (10.7.3.3.3) and <br />(10.7.3.3.4) as required in Art-, <br />icle 3, Section 3.2 (32.3.3.1 , <br />(b) (48) for property located a } <br />3107 Hawkins Avenue. The subject <br />property is zoned Light Indus= <br />trial (LI) and is the same as <br />depicted on Lee County Tax'„ <br />Map 9644.01, Tax Parcel <br />9644 -47 -5392, Lee County <br />Land Records.
