t 3.1 <br />STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA <br />COUNTY OF LEE <br />PERMIT <br />PERMIT FOR USE OF PYROTECHNICS <br />IN CONNECTION WITH THE CONDUCT OF <br />A DISPLAY OPERATOR TRAINING CERTIFICATION CLASS <br />LEE COUNTY, NORTH CAROLINA <br />Pursuant to the authority contained in North Carolina General Stature § 14 -413, <br />and after satisfactory evidence has been produced to the effect that said <br />pyrotechnics will be used in connection with a Display Operator Training <br />Certification class described in the attached application and none other, the <br />Board of Commissioners for Lee County, North Carolina, issues this permit to <br />Central Carolina Community College Emergency Services Training Center, to <br />use pyrotechnics for the June 10, 2014 training class, located at the CCCC <br />Emergency Services Training Center, 3000 Airport Road, Sanford, North <br />Carolina, in accordance with the attached application. <br />Adopted this 22nd day of May 2014. <br />Charles T.
