Commissioner Hancock moved that <br />the list be approved and certified to the North Carolina Flreman's Pension Fund <br />as provided in G. S. 118-23. Commissioner Franklin Wicker seconded the motion <br />and upon a vote it was unanimously adopted. <br />Commissioner Dotterer moved that James L. Clark be appointed <br />County Tax Supervisor as provided in General Statute 105-294 for a term of two <br />years and until his successor is appointed and qualifies. Commissioner Franklin <br />D. Wicker seconded the motion and upon a vote it was unanimously adopted. <br />The written report of Nathan Crissman was presented to the <br />Board. <br />The written report of the Agricultural Extension Department <br />was presented to the Board. <br />The written report of the Veterans Service Officer was presented <br />to the Board. <br />The written report on the status of the construction for the Wicker <br />Apartment complex was presented to the Board. <br />
