ga~~ $ ;a~:578 <br />WHEREAS, the Lee County Board of <br />Commissioners wish to establish Just Compensation for <br />each parcel to be acquired by the Commissioners; and <br />WHEREAS, the delimits of the property and <br />the interest to be acquired therein was presented to the Board <br />of Commissioners; <br />NOW, THEREFORE,' BE IT RESOLVED: <br />THAT, the Board of Commissioners of the <br />County of Lee.certifies that the work of the appraisers and the <br />review appraiser,, with respect to each property has been per- <br />formed in a competent manner in accordance with applicable <br />State law. . The Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Prop- <br />erty Acquisition Policies Act of 1970, Public Law 91-646, and <br />the Department of Housing and Urban Development policies and <br />requirements; and <br />THAT,. Hancock seconded the motion and upon a vote, <br />Messrs, Cooper, Dotterer, Hancock, F. Wicker-and G. Wicker all voted for it and <br />no one voted against it. <br />Commissioner John E. Dotterer moved that the-Lee County Planning <br />Board be instructed to prepare Ordinances for land use planning and a minimun <br />housing code for consideration by the Board. Commissioner Franklin D. Wicker <br />seconded the motion and upon a vote it was unanimously adopted.' <br />Commissioner John E. Dotterer moved that the Community Developmer <br />budget for the year 1975-1976, be amended to show an increase in funds of <br />$160,000 for funds to be received from the Department of Labor for a contract <br />under Title X; these funds are to be combined with Community Development funds <br />for the purpose of enlarging the scope of the work in the Lyons Bottom for clearance, <br />demolition, pest control and general clean up of the area and for some curbing and <br />guttering on streets. Commissioner Franklin D.
