Minor Collectors: Any mobile home park street or road serving <br />only to provide access to the individual spaces.` - <br />15. Mobile Home: A mobile home is a structure that: (a) consists of <br />a single unit completely assembled at the factory or of two (double-~j^ <br />wide) or three (triple-wid_e)principal components totally assembled <br />at the factory and joined together at the site; and (b) is de- <br />signed so that the total structure (or in the case of a double- <br />wide or triple-wide, each component thereof) can be transported. <br />on its own chassis; and (c) is over 32 feet long and over 8 feet <br />wide; and (d) is designed to be used as a dwelling and.provides <br />complete, independent living facilities for one family, includ- <br />ing permanent provisions for living, sleeping, eating, cooking, <br />and sanitation; and.(e) is actually being used, or is held ready <br />for use, as a dwelling; and (f) is not permanently attached to a <br />foundation. A structure that is otherwise defined herein as a <br />mobile home is permanently attached to its foundation if: (1) <br />the foundation was constructed in such a way or at such expense <br />as to make it unlikely that the mobile home placed upon it will <br />later be removed; or (2) if the mobile home.-cannot be removed <br />from the foundation without great expense or severe damage to <br />the mobile home. <br />16. Mobile Home Park: A-parcel of land so designated and improved <br />that it has been issued an operating permit under provisions <br />of Article VII, Section D.3.a., or Article VII, Section D.6. <br />of this ordinance-..- <br />17._ Mobile Home Park Plan: A plan of a proposed mobile home park, <br />prepared by the developer in accordance with Article VII, _ <br />Section Br and presented to the Lee County Planning Board for, <br />approval <br />18. Mobile Home Space: Any parcel of ground within a mobile home- <br />park, designated for the exclusive use of one mobile home. <br />19. Operator: Shall mean the person responsible for the operation <br />of a Mobile Home Park. <br />20. Operating Permit: A permit issued by the Enforcement Officer to <br />a mobile home park o-H er or operator. <br />21. ^.e words ordinance and -=_gula-iona shall ear. =he Mooi'_e Home <br />and Mobile Home Park Ordinance of Lee County, North Carolina. <br />22.
